Based on riding level, Bayberry students are given the opportunity to compete at local Hunter shows, Interschool shows and Horse Trials throughout central Virginia. They are able to compete on Bayberry horses, so it is not necessary to own a horse to show.

As our students progress, they can begin eventing at the 2' level and move up as their skill level increases. Horse trials are 3 phase events including a Dressage test, Cross Country and Stadium Jumping.

To join the Bayberry American Interschool Riding Competition (AIRC) team, you must be enrolled in our lesson program. At AIRC shows, riders are judged on their equitation while riding horses from the host team's riding program.
